The crew here doesn't listen to guests. Something so simple as a drink with light ice seems to be completely beyond them. Not just a single time, but every time I go through this store, customization of any menu item isn't happening. From drinks with light ice to no pickles on my sandwich, this store will not give you what you ask for unless it is exactly how they want to make it.
Extremely rude lady in the drive thru. If you hate your job and people so much you should consider a job change. I mean I have low expectations as it is but when I pull up to pay you do not say a single word or even open the window more than the space to stick your hand in and out come on. Food was probably made an hour before I ordered. I am sure that this place doesn’t give a F about any of that as they probably have a nice contract with MWR, but they should really consider getting another business in there to replace this... read more
