Terrible customer service and severe lack of attention to detail. The wait time was ridiculously long just to get a basic order. I specifically asked for a medium Sprite with light ice, and instead received a cup that wasn't even full with about 3 melted ice cubes floating in it. On top of that, my app points were missing from the order. Absolutely lazy service and poor management. Avoid this location in Bradlick Shopping Center.
Customer service is non existent. Sad disappointing experience. At 11:00 I place an order for two McDoubles essentially their core product. For some reason they didn't have burgers and told me to go wait in the parking lot saying they'll be out in 2 minutes. I had to go in and find a manager to tell her I want my money back and I'm never coming here again.
The older Indian women employee is unprofessional and screams a lot
