had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s tonight (Tuesday, September 16, 2025). My order was taken incorrectly at the drive-thru, and when I pointed it out, instead of fixing the mistake, the manager told me I had to pay the difference. I didn’t have a problem with paying, but he insisted it had to be in cash, which seemed very strange. If I didn’t have cash, they said they couldn’t make the change. I recently visited this location’s drive-thru for the first time in a while. At the first window, I was assisted by a staff member who was efficient and patient, which I appreciated. However, my experience at the second window was disappointing. When I asked twice about my 2 cheeseburger order, the staff member assured me it was included in my Happy Meal and then closed the window. Based on that response, I assumed my order was correct.
