I very rarely write negative reviews, but sometimes it’s unavoidable. The service here was terrible. We had a long wait for our order—that much I could overlook. I watched them preparing our food, and I specifically saw them putting the sauces into a separate small bag. However, when I was called up to collect the order, I couldn't find the bag of sauces anywhere. They weren't inside the main bag with the burgers, either.
