If I could leave zero stars I would. The employees here have zero customer service experience. I was trying to get some napkins and ketchup and there were several other customers standing in front of the counter for pick up orders and the registers and no one took the time to acknowledge us. There were several people just standing on the back talking while this other young man was actually working hard trying to get all the orders out and help customers as much as possible, but of course one person cannot do it all. This McDonalds location is proof that no two locations are the same. The food here is always prepared sub par even for McDonalds in general. My orders have been wrong and poorly prepared so many times I question my own sanity for going here that many times.
