Ordered online, paid extra for condiments, didn’t receive any. Also didn’t receive a straw with my drink. Whoever was in charge of the order was clearly lazy. Was pretty disappointing having nuggets with no bbq sauce, and fries with no sweet n sour.
Staff was friendly and great. The manager was also really knowledgeable, polite, and helpful.
