Worst experience, I have ever had at a mcdonald's. I told the lady four times exactly what we wanted on our order. Somehow still managed to put the wrong thing down. Once I got to the window, the manager came up, realizing they did it wrong and spoke about zero english. I have no problem with this.But your manager should not be unable to communicate with your customers. Talk about fifteen minutes to get it, straightened out. Friendly and fast service.
The managers are RUDE. They scream at you because they don’t know how to do their drive thru jobs. I’ve worked this and that’s not how you treat people. Maybe use kindness. Don’t waste your money here I know I won’t be again LOL
