Staff "lost my order" in two visits in a row. The woman next to me asked about her order and their response was "we are busy right now we are getting to orders as fast as we can" but then after 30 min they asked why I was waiting and I showed my order. I was then told I should've come up and asked if I had been waiting, as if it was my fault they lost my order for THE SECOND TIME. I have an hour for lunch and to get half of it wasted for the second time and not even get an apology but be told it's my fault they lost my order... read more
