This is one of the best 24 hours McDonald's in Holland Mi, especially in the morning. The food is always hot and good. I will drive past one McDonald's to get to this one. I'm loving it.
Literally every time I go here my order gets messed up. It not a complicated order either just basic stuff off their menu. Now when I call as well the phone is disconnected so you can’t call and have them fix the mistake either. I don’t expect much from McDonalds with their quality of service or food but I do expect at the very least to get what I paid for. This place in particular is more trouble than it’s worth.
What used to be a famously iconic fast food restaurant seems to have no customer care anymore a McDonald's that says 24 hours on Google always arrive after placing my online order just to get sorry we're closed for the next 15 minutes and when I tell them I have an online order they tell me they were trying to switch to breakfast at 3:45 a.m. in a return I get refried french fries and poor service.
