Better to just keep driving or go to the tims next door. Long story short everything i ordered from the menu i wanted “was not available” poutine. the excuse given was didn’t have time to make gravy and of course, the classic ice cream machine is down.
Arrived, immediately the place was a mess of things on tables, clutter up front near food pick up. Ordered one happy meal, waited for almost 20 minutes. Only ever talked to one staff member when I saw at least 4.
I usually don't write these types of reviews but this has to be the worst managed McDonald's I've ever been too. They water down the ketchup (seriously), it is constantly understaffed which I feel bad for those working here because they are trying to make up for it, and it's the only one I've been to that doesn't have drink refills.
Went and ordered a drink. And then they charged me for my last mobile meal. $20 for a drink!
Unreal. Hold me up over 10 minutes at 5am in the morning for a coffee,. then Finally arrive at the window after 10 minutes of waiting to tell me something broke and I need to park out front for even longer? All I ordered was a coffee and no orders ahead of me. At 5 am should coffee not be ready to go? What are the workers doing here? Who runs this establishment? My six year old could do a better job. I would give zero stars if that was an option.
