Friendly, hot fast food
Expedient service and fresh food.
My wife and I used to go here every night, and would receive excellent service and good food. But for the last month or so, the new managers who work late at night haven't been that good. After we found out the store was open 24/7 we stopped by around 2 AM, and while ordering, we heard loud music and were rushed off. Ever since Alisa stopped working late consistently, service hasn't been the same.
Just have to vent.. If this had been years ago I would have thrown it at her. 🤣 m writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent experiences at the McDonald's located at 170 Hwy 321 Hickory. On my last three visits, I have encountered the same drive-thru attendant, who has consistently claimed that I did not order specific items.
