This is a review for the McDonald's in Carpinteria without a drive thru. I went inside and you can not order at the counter! Instead they only have the stupid kiosks that are right in the middle of the lobby. It takes at least 2-3 times longer to place your order then you can't even get your own drink. The help yourself soda fountain has been removed! It is the most laborious ridiculous experience. I tried it twice and said never again!
Self service beverage station removed and no more free refills even from behind the counter when asked...
