Food and service were pretty good. Clean place, my favorite in Amherst, NY,
Nothing screams "we value our customers" more than ignoring numerous complaints that your employees repeatedly neglect to include multiple items that were ordered and paid for. After multiple formal complaints that have been unanswered and intentionally making it impossible to report specific locations on the app, I hope this review manages to get the attention of management or at least someone willing to resolve ongoing issues with customer service and quality.
The server always ignore my request. I asked one of them, who look like a high school student about my order, he just look at the monitor and said it’s not ready. Then he is never showing up at the counter again. Then I saw my order is ready on the table where I am unable to reach, I never had a chance to talk to just ONE server. This McDonald’s is getting worse every time I visit it.
