The service is friendly but, no one is ever working the counter. They only care about the drive thru and do not acknowledge Uber drivers.
As soon as I got up to the register to place an order (I wanted things that I'm not sure can be added to orders on the kiosk) the girl behind the register just went to the back and started complaining about how busy it was. I went there specially as it's "fast food" and I was on my lunch at work. The girl who was supposed to be taking orders went to the back and was putting orders at the front with an attitude and disappearing into the back before assisting anyone. Food is terrible
Has to be the worst service McDs. Twice in one week they got the order wrong. My meal comes with ranch and we paid for 4 more, they gave us zero. Tonight, we ordered extra onions on the burgers and they all came with none. The buns they gave us are rock hard.
