Literally, I wasWaiting for 30 minutes in the drive-through, They told me that the reason is because they have to catch up with the orders in the counter when they gave me my food. It was incomplete. I cannot believe how long they took for being a fast food restaurant. it seems that they need to hire more people and have someone to manage their restaurant. It was horrible.
When it takes 15+ min in the drive thru that's a little much.
Not leaving anything nasty. Just asking please make sure you make the order how it comes in. It’s been only recently in the last 2 weeks I ask for light condiments, more is put on to the point where my hands are a mess. I order double anything, Big Mac or double cheeseburger, and it comes as a single. Please just double check. People should get what they pay for.
