Went through the drive through and they asked if I was using the mobile app and I said no. I then said I just need 2 diet coke. Waited about a min and never got a response. No one ahead of me and no one behind me so I just went up to the window. She then told me I had to order from the Order place. I said I just needed 2 diet coke and she said Ill have to go back around.... Like what??? I waited after someone talked to me and no one else was there. Cool looking castle building but stay away.
Decided to give this place a try again but the last couple of times I’ve come it didn’t go great , the super big girl about 5”9 see her in the afternoon and a short Latina was told she was new and in training but I waited 15 min for my food the whole time. They were just laughing
Not sure what changes have occurred at this store usually slow and unorganized. Today's take out order was served hot, fresh and right! Staff wasn't rude like usual, but could use some smiles! Great job today!
