My husband placed a online order and I ordered a simple fries and cheeseburger while waiting for his food and it took 25 min and by that time his sandwich was cold , I understand being busy but people who got there after me got their food before me where were bigger orders . Annoyed
I have never in my life waited so long at a McDonald's drive-thru before. It was about 25-30 minutes for a simple order. Why did I stay? Part sunken cost fallacy, part the only other options were Taco Bell and Wendy's, both of which always cause me enormous GI distress. I was starving after a late job and had to eat. When I *finally* got up to the window, the guy handed me my drink .. and then I waited another 14 minutes, no exaggeration, to be handed my bag with 1 chicken sandwich & fries. Updated a year later: I wont even bring my family here anymore in fear of them getting sick. It used to be just mental errors on orders, now the food is old and poor quality (tastes bad). Still by far the worst MC D's I've ever been to in the USA and sadly it's in my own hometown. The Wendy's across the rotary isn't much better (always screwing up orders) but at least their food is edible. Is there a way to give this establishment "Minus stars" ???
