Night manager Jonathon is all about business ! Deserves a way better career . Cuts through the bs and just gives you the straight answer ! Went through door dash ! Not impressed but Jonathan didn’t bs me like dumb dash did
order messed up again today... third day in a row. ordered a 4C with 2 plain cheese burgers. no cheese on the cheese burgers.. and did not get a deluxe grilled chicken sandwich. will not frequent this MacDonald's ever again. i have already filled complaints with corporate for past issues with food quality (stale, moldy buns)
Came out and told me that they did not have the items I ordered after 15 minutes, could not get refund because I ordered through app so basically just took my money for nothing. Have repeatedly had them not have items I ordered and had to get them substituted for cheaper ones and have never been given a refund for the price difference.
Hit or mostly miss. Prices way up but size of sausage and nuggets way down and I'm sure many other things.
