The manager on duty was rude. One drive through employee kept taking her visor off rubbing her face and running her hands through her hair. Then went back to without washing her hands. One of our sandwiches asked for no lettuce. The ticket was on the box stating NO lettuce, but there was lettuce. And pickles, which weren't requested. Just not a good experience.
Very frustrating experience! Ordered through the app from 4 minutes away. Arrived to find a divided line of about 15-18 total cars. Waited TWENTY FOUR minutes to get to the speaker, provide my code, and get to the window to get my order. TWENTY FOUR!! Had I not already paid, I absolutely would have left. When I received my food, it was warm, but not hot. The flavor was just okay, notwhat I'm used to. The employees were reasonably polite, but no acknowledgement or apology for the extreme wait.
SUCH AMAZING SERVICE LADY AT WINDOW WAS THE NICEST THING
Great service and fresh food. Very friendly and helpful.
