Typical McDonalds. Staff was friendly and informative. The restaurant and its bathrooms were clean. The wait time for my order was short. My son prefers this location when dining inside.

The employees were rude, and the manager was just as bad—ignorant and disrespectful. This was the worst customer service ever!
Doing a mobile order is so pointless…food is never ready. Sitting 8 minutes for fries is the crazy when they take 3-4 minutes to cook.
Literally did not give me my sandwich,or sauces that come with nuggets, while also not giving me a receipt. Drove home before I realized because I had a baby in the car. Used to be the best McDonald’s in Greenville and in like 4 months it’s literally turned into the worst one.
