raw meat is crazy

Got a small mocha frappe with caramel drizzle they didnt line the cup like there supposed to with the drizzles. It tasted good but presentation was not there.
Such a big disappointing experience i went in and ordered 40 pc of chicken nuggets and a small snack wrap. I especially requested the lady 3 times to make sure it a cook to order. Means i wanted them to cook fresh 40 pc of nuggets but no when they served the nuggets they were not fresh. Few pcs in the nuggets were fresh but not all the nuggets they were dry and cold.
