Waited 35 minutes for our order. Food was delivered after 25 minutes, no drinks, asked about drinks and they asked for my receipt so they could get them. After another 10 minutes got most of the order. We were late for an appointment so had to leave without getting the rest. I was told to never come back by someone that seemed to be the manager. I had tried to get cups to get our own sodas. She said the machine was bad, no signs anywhere stating that. I wad pretty rude but I was fed up and we were late. They were not busy an... read more
The slowest service. You could go to a sit down restaurant and get in & out just as fast. It’s almost laughable if it wasn’t just so embarassing
