Me and my family have always been to McDonald's around Lake Charles visiting them, and the food's always just a little warm or it's been sitting out for awhile and just put into the box. We ordered fish filets everytime so it's always nearly the same experience. At this location we waited 14 minutes- and a minute before my boyfriend was going to walk inside, but Ms. Sam came out and talked to us personally and apologized for the long wait and that our food was fresh and gave us two apple pies. My son had his 7th birthday party. I could not ask for better. We had fun and the staff was on point every minute!! They were ready for this party to happen! Thank yall so much again. We will be back for another birthday. And the price for the party you can not go wrong for all you are getting. 10 out of 10
