Stopped in for bacon egg cheese biscuit this morning. It was the worst ever. Was hard and barely warm. Was traveling so just went on. No time to deal with it. Had a semi-friendly server. There were only 5 customers there, so now we know why. Sadly, even if they improve, won’t ever be back.
Hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The chicken sandwich was absolutely disgusting, and when I asked for a refund, they flat-out refused. No napkins, no straws, and the customer service was beyond terrible. The entire place was a complete mess and incredibly unprofessional. You’d expect a lot better from a major chain like McDonald’s. Never again.
