Every morning I get a large coffee with 1 milk. And 80% of the time you get it wrong. Then I get a dirty look. This morning I asked for a large coffee with 1 milk. I get to the pay window and girl says LG with 2 milk. I say no. 1 milk. She apologized and looked like she changed it. Second window, other girl passes lg coffee. Says LG with 2 milk. ......... is it really so hard.
Workers need to work comucating
Very nice McDonald's location right on the main drag of Terrace. Renovated, super clean, organized and kind staff made it one of the better experiences I've had at McDonald's, which can be hit or miss at times. I would definitely recommend this location whether passing through or staying in Terrace! The mountain views add a nice touch too
Wouldn't open the bathroom door
Food was great, however, when a fella orders a COMBO, he expects his fries. No fries, but at least they remembered the chicken sauce, for dipping, lol! So dumb, dumb, dumb. I can’t even understand it anymore. The order is on their screen. Can they not read? My goodness, so many fails at MCD’s
