Poor service. MISSING item(s). Creepy, like a yellow jail. Won't go back.
Let's see, i have to place the order myself, i have to pickup the 'for here' order at the counter because the girl can't bother to read the order, and then I have to fill my own drinks. When is McDonald's going to start paying customers for doing the work their employees are supposed to be doing?
My review today is about the McDonald's located at 1842 New Smyrna Beach. The service was terrible, extremely slow. I waited over 25 minutes. There were two drive-thru lanes, but they were only serving one; the other was completely stopped. More than 5 or 6 people from the right lane went through, while the left lane didn't move at all. The service at the window was awful: not even a "good morning" or "good afternoon."
