This location was our “go-to” with consistent good dining experience, happy playtime and decent quality fast food. Not healthy, but fun My family especially enjoyed this location to dine in because of the play area and the friendly staff. However, since they renovated this location, everything about this place has gone downhill. First in the double drive thru I was very rudely spoken to by the order taker, and 2 cars in line beside me gets their order taken before me. So I went in to order and complain to manager and just get a lame apology about someone is being trained. (Well even trainees can have manners). I order while inside and get my food all the way home and the order is WRONG. So drove all the way back to the McDonald's and complain to manager again and still only get a lame apology. Very good dinner. We were seated promptly and placed our order. The never ending pasta bowl was tasty. We received good customer service.
