Went to pick up a mobile order, waited at the drive thru for over 5 minutes with no reply, drove around and saw an employee with the headset on just sitting on his phone

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to give a shoutout to one particular employee at this McDonald’s—Kurt, who was working the first drive-thru window. In just a four or five-second interaction, his positive, upbeat attitude completely turned my mediocre day around. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely enjoys what they do and spreads that energy to others, but Kurt absolutely did. Just got coffee, it has been a looong time since I have been in a Mickey D's. It was clean and alive with the older peeps group meeting day.
