Older female Hispanic employee is always angry, rude and downright disrespectful. Twice in one month (once in the drive through and today dining in) she has given me the absolute worst customer service and attitude I’ve ever had at a restaurant. For a corporation built on customer service, employees like this should NOT represent your company. I’ll never come back.

This cities McDonalds is the crappiest ive ever been too outta 35 states. I live here and have never once been given my food at the window. Now i know your thinking im asking for a custom order or a huge one ... no just a six piece nugget and a quaterpounder without being told to drive around to a waiting spot for 20 minutes. Then when you do get your order its wrong. then you go back in and wait 10 minutes for a second wrong order. Then wait 15 minutes for your original non custom basic order of 2 menu items. Absolutely abhorrent drive through order for 3pm on a Friday. From the beginning, the employee gave an attitude. Despite being very clear ordering a Fillet O Fish and a plain iced coffee, and verbally confirming the order as it was entered... received a plain Fillet O Fish. Without tarter sauce. Upon going inside to correct it, the employee behind the counter handed the new sandwich across the counter and asked "want to check it before you leave?" With a smirk. I wouldn't be surprised if the food got spat on/ in.
