It's funny everytime I go into this place there is atleast 2 managers just standing there talking watching everyone else work. I mean u would think these people would show enthusiasm to the people they r training but like I said everytime I go in there managers r just standing around talking. Shut ur yaps and help the people out so I'm not standing there for 10 min waiting for my "fast food"
This seems to be the only McDonald's in town that can't get orders right! I have a daughter who is allergic to tomatoes and every time I order her a cheeseburger, I specify "plain" or "with NO ketchup please" and FIVE times they've either added ONLY ketchup or everything to her burger - this is after they repeated the order back to me correctly every time. They act as if it's no big deal when I take it in to let them know and only once was I offered a refund. If you have allergies, be more careful than usual when ordering.
