Navneet and her shift leader do not have common sense. I wanted a mcshaker which I order through the kiosk and was told they did not have it so I wanted to just refund the upgrade and go back to just the small fries… however the shift leader kept insisting on refunding me $1 and giving me the same size fries I didn’t want. Wasted 10 minutes of my time getting a full refund. This team is incompetent.
Ordered through the app for a pickup order which was fine. It was only at home when I opened up my McChicken to find this. Missing the top half of the bun, no sauce, and just the laziest attempt at lettuce. I have ordered at this location several times before without issue, so I’m very disappointed and doubt I’ll order from this location again.
