Worst service ever. Extremely disappointed. I placed an order (#282) on July 12th, 2025. Ordered a Happy Meal that was supposed to come with apple juice. Got home and found there was no apple juice in the meal. How do you forget something so basic in a kid’s meal? This isn’t the first time, but it will definitely be the last. Your team is incredibly careless and unprofessional. Nobody checks the order before handing it out? You’re playing with customer trust for fast service? Horrendous accountability. Back in April 2025 when ordering food on their self-service kiosks. Ceiling tiles, installation, and water fell directly upon a woman's head.
I had to wait 15 minutes for a pop... Update: pop was flat 👎🏽
