The night crew is young and very unprofessional. Talks over you while you're trying to order and doing TikTok dances when you reach the window to retrieve your food. Its late im hungry and then I get warm fries and a cold filet of fish meal. I've patronize this place long enough. I rather travel to St Bernard parish or Gentilly Louisa to be exact for awesome customer service, hot food and professionalism. I wish i can get Mr. Christopher Bardell to ride in the back of my car and witness this poor service that the night shift... read more

This has to be one of the best McDonald's we have ever stopped at it was clean the staff was all pleasant and the food was on point.

I had such a great experience here last night that I felt like it deserved a shoutout. From start to finish, everything was on point. I could clearly understand the woman taking my order over the intercom (which already set a good tone), and the positivity just kept going. At the pay window, I got a compliment on the design of my card, and at the pickup window they complimented the interior of my car — it was such a small thing, but it genuinely made my night.
