Spring grove McDonald's is the WORST McDonald's ANYWHERE. I SWORE ID NEVER GO BACK BUT I GAVE IT 1 MORE TRY. THE PITURE IS A QUARTER POUNDER DELUX. WELL ITS SUPPOSED TO BE
Hands down the best McDonald's experience I have ever had. The woman taking our order was clear, professional, and efficient. The type of person that should be training every person who ever talks to customers in any field. Then the most adorable man over 55 was smiling with his head out of the second window holding our bag as we approached. It's wonderful to see that a chain like this still can focus details and impress people like me, who hates everyone in customer service.
Staff members have been observed vaping on store premises — including behind the line, in the crew room, and even in customer areas. This is extremely inappropriate and inconsiderate to both customers and crew members who do not smoke. Vaping in a food service environment is not only unprofessional but also raises serious concerns regarding health, safety, and sanitation. It creates an unpleasant experience for guests and contributes to a toxic workplace for employees. I strongly urge you to address this matter immediately. ... read more
