Got into NOLA super late ( around 3:30am) we stopped at this McDonald's to get a late dinner. Unfortunately we ordered on the cusp of it turning into breakfast time. No worries because Mel at the drive thru held it down and helped us change our orders . Mel was super friendly, helpful and attentive, she has great energy and We would come back to this location just to order with her! Thank you Melly Mel! <3
To the lady that is working the front window handing out food tonight you need to check your attitude why I am waiting in line patiently you have the nerve to have an attitude after I receive my order when I go to confirm my pick up you didn't even give me one minute to move you just automatically had a nasty attitude I come here a lot and I have never done with nobody like you at this location
The young lady who took my order was very polite and did a great job in the lobby wiping up tables and cleaning up around the drink machine. I have been to this McDonald's before but it's been usually once or twice a year. Good job folks
Was very disappointed when I unwrapped my breakfast sandwich to find it was not edible. Please teach your staff to do better. If they wouldn't eat, why would you serve it?
