Exactly what you think it is; I've always been pleased by this store.
Average McDonald's, but terrible customer service. Sign in bathroom said "employees must wash hands." waited for ten minutes and no employees came to wash my hands. Went to my car and got hand sanitizer.
My orders are consistently missing something or are slightly incorrect (i.e., regular item instead of deluxe, no mayo if it was added to order, no lettuce if added to order, a single patty instead of 2, missing picante sauce that comes with breakfast burrito, etc.). Unfortunately, I would expect something to be missing from your order unless you’re willing to open every item and check through your sandwiches while in the drive through.
