The night shift has like 5 people working which I’ve never seen at a McDonald’s usually I see only 2-3 and yet they still couldn’t figure there system out. We were waiting for 20 minutes and they couldn’t figure it out. That’s ridiculous it shouldn’t take that long or atleast they should’ve told us this before waiting in line
No more free refills. Even restaurants still give free refills
I used to stop at tim hortons on my lunches or with my kids but the lines there are long, my orders are wrong and the staff are rude. I shouldn't have to deal with staff that have an attitude with me before I even order. And for all the times I've been.. Its not my fault my sandwich is burnt, it's not my fault you forgot to give me part of my order.. sorry I asked you for my donut.
