I'm new to this town, and this McDonald's location was the first one I visited. I received excellent customer service. The majority of the employees are very nice. The place is clean, depending on the time of the day and the manager in charge. The same applies to the freshness of the food, time of the day, and managers are the key.
Have been coming to this location since it opened. I have noticed over the past year that service seems slower. Depending on what you order, you may have a wait for your food. Employees seem indifferent towards the customer. It's not the fast food icon I remember. I guess it's the direction things are going. Food sometimes is only warm.
Had breakfast with my husband. The biscuit was very good surprisingly. When did McDonald's breakfast get so expensive?
This particular McDonald’s has a friendly staff and a clean dining area. The food is always fresh and hot, especially, most importantly, the fries! The manager kindly brought our order to our table and even offered to fill our drinks and bring us sauces. My son and I are on the hunt for the Lil McDonald’s toys and the manager kindly brought out all three toys in the restaurant to show us how to “crack the code”, so not to get dups.
