I ordered thru Mobile app I place order at 4:15pm then I be there at 4:20pm and wait at crurbside for more then 20mins and I called them they said they will bring it so I wait for 5mins but still they didn’t brigg my it so I went to drive thru at 4:55pm they are so rude even they didn’t give me one coke so I ask him he said is this one I said yes and I grab and left but I opened coke not diet Coke they give me Diet Coke, i feel so disappointedi used yo go there but I will never go there again
I could overhear the managers SCREAMING and belittling their employees. I overheard her call someone useless and pathetic and awful at their job but at the end of the day, you need your employees to run a business. Do better, McDonald’s
