Took 30 minutes to get through the drive thru, and to make matters worse employees couldn't care less.
Drive-thru gets slower everyday. Food comes out cold. The lady at the Drive-thru window handed me a bad with items missing. Instead of verifying by looking in the bad she argues that she put it in there herself. Lol I havent gone anywhere and it didn't just disappear. This is sad because they were not this bad a year ago. Will change my review when they've figured some things out.
Employees act like they don't have to listen to a customer's complaints and then the manager named Maria shut the window in my face after me telling her my coffee isn't right I've been coming to McDonald's for over 15 years to get an iced coffee and when I tell you this was really weak and it tasted like it was made with sweet tea they continue to tell me that's how the machine put it out and I have to deal with it and shut the window in my face poor management McDonald's you have to do better I know I'm just one customer bu... read more
