Our family has been going to the New Hope McDonald's for many many years now and always have a wonderful experience. The staff has always been friendly and kind. We always end up having a lovely (and brief) conversation with them when at the drive-thru. We know how hard it is to keep good help, especially in a fast-food establishment, but we are always pleased with our experiences here. Keep up the good work everyone! :-)
Never a good experience here. Employees can't make a simple order. Pathetic establishment in a nice area. Wish I could give 0 stars. Knock this place down and put something actually good
