I work as an Assistant manager in fast food, this is straight RIDICULOUS! I’ve waited 22 minutes at the speaker to order and STILL am the only reason I haven’t driven off is because I paid online which is suppose to get customers out FASTER! I called the store phone and of course rude and unprofessional.
