Not a happy customer I went to drive thru and ordered a meal. I get to work a noticed my fries work over cook, dry, and crispy. I called the restaurant asked for the manager she said sorry our oil is dirty and it’s getting changed. She never said I could return for another meal or refund. This is poor business and I won’t come back again. If your oil is dirty why are you still cooking in it. Better business needs to do a health assessment check at this place. Before people get food poisoning.
You guys are disgusting touching food with bare hands and cannot even read a simple cook to order tag. Grow up and get a new job if you can’t nagar your staff. Manager on shift ignored 5 people standing in the lobby to be helped and walked out of the building and did not notify anyone to assist us in the lobby.
Grow up and do the job you’re paid to do. Management needs to get a backbone around here. Did we forget how to make a simple burger???
Servers were extremely rude when ordering meal .
