Everytime I come through here there’s new people and the order is never correct please having a constant turn around so people actually know what there doing when I come through
This lady didn't have a badge so I don't know her name but I witnessed her being extremely rude to people so instead of ordering from a cashier, like I usually do, I ordered at the kiosk. I know lunch hour can be frustrating because I've worked for McDonald's!When my order was ready, I politely asked for a tray because I ordered "dine in". She asked me why I needed a tray.
