20 min wair for a basic burger, they did not even start making it, had to leave the place with no refund and no food.
I have to wait over 10 minutes for my food every single time I go here because they forget to make the order half the time. I just waited 20 minutes for a chicken biscuit, they forgot I was waiting and I had to drive back through the drive through and by the time I did that, they were out of hashbrowns again. They gave me an apple pie without asking and basically threw my food into my car. Of course you can't make a complaint on the app either because they refuse to give receipts
It’s pretty pathetic how they know that they can rip you off because it’s the drive through. People can’t read a order slip
Asked for no pickles had extra. Large smoothies was 3/4 full double cheese burger are missing a patty. They are basically doing it on purpose here. Got to fire and rehire. Start with the manager!
