Big Disappointment on so many levels and so many times. Rude.
Someone at this location keeps sticking hiring flyers in everybody in my communities mailbox (which is a federal crime may I add). Just put a sign up like everybody else.
Make sure you're right at the speaker when you're waiting in their drive-thru line before 10:30AM, even if the app allowed you to order breakfast before 10:30AM. I get to the window at 10:30AM, not even 5 minutes after and they didn't want to fulfill my breakfast order and wanted to double charge me (points were deducted for a free item, but they wanted to charge me for my FREE item) because my order couldn't be retrieved, even though she clearly stated my name and the order clearly appeared on the screen. On the morning of April 3rd, 2026 at approximately 11:00 AM, my boyfriend and I visited your McDonald’s location at 57065 Gratiot in New Haven, Michigan. This is a location we frequent regularly and have always considered one of the better-run stores in our area. After going through the drive-thru and returning home, my boyfriend unwrapped his McGriddle sandwich and discovered that it had clearly already been bitten into.
