Placed an online order. Pulled to menu box and was greeted with "we are short handed, please be patient" Didn't even get the chance to say it was just a pick up order. After waiting 8 minutes and watching the other lane take the order of 5 cars that pulled up after me, I said "hello?" and told once again to be patient. This isn't the first time that it's happened. If I hadn't already paid online, I would have went to Burger King. At least their ice cream machine works. 😆
