Walks away with card to 10 literal minutes to find a lid to fit a cup still did not do it right why food was sitting down getting cold. Had to wait five minutes for them to come back and tell me they’re not charging for the ranch which should be no problem, but why does it take five minutes for you to come back and tell me that I waited in line for 30 minutes with nobody in front of me unacceptable and their attitudes are ridiculous
I'm giving this location 2 stars only because the food is what you'd expect. The customer service, however, is consistently non-existent. The staff seems completely indifferent, and it's a struggle to get anyone's attention. Worse, they forget items from my order almost every time I visit. It's incredibly frustrating to get home and find out you're missing part of your meal. I always have to double-check my bag, and even then, things get missed.
I have to say that I was very disappointed tonight when going to McDonald's. I've always loved this McDonald's, and I've had to change my reviews because the crew is not working up to standards. I know that they get rushed, and I know that things happen but, you cannot let that be an excuse for having poor service and improper food prep.
