Ordered at the kiosk since the app wasn't working paid and didn't get receipt so told the counter and they said I didn't pay so I was charged twice . Showed em proof on my bank statement and waiting for refund . My fries were cold this is the second time coming here that has happened and they forgot my BBQ sauce .
I’m really disappointed with this experience. I ordered a kids meal, and my child had already eaten more than half before we noticed the food looked like this. There were burnt and blackened pieces on the meat, which is not acceptable, especially for a meal meant for children. This raises serious concerns about food quality and kitchen standards. I understand mistakes can happen, but this should never be served to customers. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves quality control.
