Relatively reliable location. Ordered and visited many times over the last year or so. Reliably hot food everytime. Service could be better - I tried their mobile app expecting the food to be ready when I arrived but had to wait extra time every time, but perhaps that's how they keep the food hot. Once the gave my mobile order away to a driver too and had to remake it. Poor mobile experience aside, my other visits have been generally good, fresh, and the waits are never insane. Order food, slowly, 1 car ahead of me in drive thru, was at order kiosk 8 minutes before he moved up. I ordered a smoothie and small fries. I paid, pull up to be told they were reloading smoothie machine, I had to wait. ( Why didn't you tell me when I ordered) tho if they had i could barely hear it, fries cold 9$ for small cold fries and watery smoothie.....not going back
