For years McDonald's was a happy place for kids and families. Now this has all changed. THere is no service, food has always been mediocre but most families went because you had fond memories. Cal Oaks store is the poorest. The workers are not to blame. It's management. They do not have enough staff to get napkins from. This last visit they ran out of toys for happy meals. Really! No apologies. No substitutes. Just excuses.
Might be the worst staff I’ve ever seen. Took so long to make my simple order.
They say there open till midnight but they close at 11pm
