Went through the drive-thru about 8:30pm last night. Ordered a simple order. The 2 cheeseburger meal and a 6pc kids meal. We were told to pay where you get food at. Exact words. When we pay for our food we get a show. The 2 teenagers at the window were arguing over who was supposed to do what job. She complained about having to fill my extra small dr pepper because the machine didn't fill it all the way but handed it to me with drink dripping all over the side of it. Great food, very clean and friendly staff always busy but very strong staff.
I had an issue with a mobile order charging but not going through in the app. I spoke with Heather, the breakfast shift manager, who resolved the matter and got my order quickly! Great work!
