On 9/20 I went through the Avalon street drive thru and ordered a McDouble meal and was told to pull into spot 7 to wait for my order because they was waiting for the fries to get done. After 40 minutes of waiting and 2 calls to the rude manager saying it'll be out in a few minutes I finally got it with no apology at all. I know its fast food but almost an hour waiting for fries is insane
Blatantly the food at the klamath locations is bland as hell....... try medford mcdonalds to compare quality.... because there's no quality here
I'm only staying here in town for a short while. Sadly so far my experience wasn't very pleasant. I ordered thru the kiosk inside, a large Frappe, that's it. No receipt (out of paper i guess 🤷) people came and went, big line of customers waiting. After 35 minutes of waiting i had to ask someone for assistance. There was a someone who order an ice cream cone, 20 minutes... Haben nur 2 Kaffee bestellt. Das Restaurant wirkt ungepflegt, das Personal überfordert und die Wartezeit ist so lange, das wir nach zweimal nachfragen gehen wollten. Zudem war jeweils Kaffesatz im Getränk.
I ordered a Big Mac Meal and did not get the French fries and no extra onions on the Big Mac.I paid for the meal but only got the sandwich and drink...no straw for my iced tea. Was very disappointed..this is the second time I have not gotten what I ordered and paid for.
