Drive-thru service is super slow have to wait at times 20 to 30 minutes

Kid operating the drive-thru thought it was funny pretend not to hear my order. Will not be returning to this location.
Customer service is subpar. Wait time is extensive. Save yourself the money and more importantly your time.
