Was trying to order last night in the drive thru. I own a RHD car so I normally have to reverse through to be able to reach the window to pay and get food unless I want to get out of my car and walk around. So I ordered my food easy then when I got to the window in reverse to pay I was told I can't order here and that it is unsafe to be driving like this. Used to be the best mcdonalds until new owners came in, replaced most of staff with their own kind and have cut hours of good staff that isnt same ethnicity. The quality of food, the wait time, the upkeep on cleanliness and the service has taken a dramatic downturn. hope you like soggy greasy burgers that have been sitting in the warmer too long. large fries barely filled, no more free refills on drinks, a ketchup dispenser that's never been cleaned and is always empty.
