Worst McDonalds on the planet. Food is always cold and hard. Usually, missing items from our order. Workers have no customer service skills.
Edit* order medium frappe, get a small and girl was confused about what size medium was*" plain cheeseburger add cheese" i got two buns and cheese with ketchup, mustard and onions. With NO burger patty. Kinda going downhill lately. Bad batch of staff rn that has trouble with elementary instructions. Do they smoke their lunchbreak?. Check the order before leaving, you'll most likely need to to back in.
I am not the kind of person to complain, you give me the wrong meal and Ill usually eat it. I probably take my kids to McDonald's 5 times a year, and in the past 2 months I've been to this location 3 times. EVERY SINGLE TIME there is stuff missing, and if you order something with specifications (like no pickles/ketchup) they just ignore you. Chicken in sandwich was super hard, chewy to eat and very flat. My large fry container was laughable with amount it was filled to. Half full and with broken up small fries. Chicken nuggets were hot and good, however. Service was great, smiling, happy workers.
